Returns & Refunds

At Insure Golf we strive to deliver the very best in quality goods. However in the rare event that you are not happy with your goods purchased from InsureGolf, you can return any goods as long as they are unused and are packaged in their original state with any labels still attached within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of item. Any items purchased wanting to be returned over the 30 day threshold are unavailable for refund or return. All items sold by InsureGolf are covered by the product manufacturers 12 month guarantee.

*Please note for all goods wishing to be exchanged that are not faulty (Example - for a different colour sweater) carraige must be paid prior to InsureGolf shipping the exchanged item, also please authorise your return before sending your product with an InsureGolf member of staff*

How to Return your product and proceed further

Please arrange return of your product/s with a reputable courier for large items being returned and for smaller items we advise using Royal Mail to ensure safe delivery and peace of mind. We also advise you retain proof of collection and keep any receipts or labels you may obtain. We do not accept responsibility for returned goods until a member of the InsureGolf team has signed for receipt of the goods.

When returning your goods please include a covering letter stating any problems or reasoning behind your return as well as your order number and account details, this will help us process your return speedily.

If you are requesting replacement goods, a refund or swapping for alternative goods these processes will be carried out immediately after receipt and inspection of your returned product.

Goods that cannot be returned

Any items which have been purchased from InsureGolf that have been used or damaged through misuse may not be returned to InsureGolf. The following list also demonstrates items that cannot be returned.

  • Any item that comes in a blister pack / seal that has been broken
  • Any device whereby the Warranty has been registered or had software downloaded onto it
  • Any form of clothing which has been worn including golf shoes
  • Any second hand item sold by us
  • Any items which have been customized

Free Gifts / Promotional Offers

Any item which has been purchased with a free gift or promotional product attached to it that has been returned must also be returned with the gift / promotional product as well. Neither product must have been used to qualify for return.

For Faulty Goods

For all products that are delivered faulty or become faulty through normal use please see the options below.

Purchases less than 30 days old

For all goods purchased less than 30 days old we will exchange the faulty item at our own expense. Please use the CONTACT US page and provide us with your order number, account details and contact number so we can arrange an exchange to be sent out to you. Please note this will be processed as soon as your return has reached us and been signed for by a member of the InsureGolf team.

Purchases more than 30 days old but within the manufacturers 12 month warranty

For goods that are purchased over 30 days old but within the manufacturers 12 month guarantee please send the faulty item to the address below. Please include a covering letter stating the fault, your order number, account number and best contact telephone number. We will upon receipt of your return forward the faulty goods onto the manufacturer in question who will inspect the item and at their discretion, repair, replace, offer a suitable like for like replacement, issue a credit note (voucher) or they may return the product if they feel there is no manufacturing fault.

If the manufacturer feels there is no fault they will offer to repair the product at a cost to you. If you choose to select this option payment for the repair is to be taken before any work is carried out.
