1. How do I track my placed order?

Once your order has been processed you will receive confirmation of your order which will include a unique tracking link, where you will be able to go onto ParcelForce's website and track your item/s.

3. Which courier service do you use?

We use ParcelForce

4. Can I choose a specific time my product is delivered?

Unfortunately not at the moment

5. What happens if I am out when my product is delivered?

Our Parcelforce couriers will attempt delivery to your neighbour, failing this your parcel will go back to the local depot, where they will attempt to re-deliver the following day. Once the parcel is back at the depot you can contact your local ParcelForce depot and arrange for a different delivery time or for your parcel to be delivered to your local Post Office

6. I’ve made an error on my order how do I change it?

Providing your order has not been processed you can change your order by emailing us through our contact us page.

7. How do I cancel my order?

Providing your order has not been processed you can cancel your order. Using the contact us page please send us an email with your order number and one of our team will assist you with your request. However, our Returns Policy allows goods originally purchased to be returned within a 30 day period so long as the goods are unused and still in their original packaging. A full refund or exchange can be arranged to suit your needs.

8. Do InsureGolf’s prices include VAT?

Yes, all of our products shown on the website include VAT at a rate of 20%

9. What happens if my purchased item is faulty?

In the unfortunate event of an item arriving to you faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days using our contact us page and arrange for the item to be returned to us. If upon inspection we are happy the fault is through no fault of your own we can replace the item and cover the cost of postage however if the returned item is not adequately packaged we have the right to refuse the attempted return.

10. What time will my order be delivered?

If you have selected Next Day delivery your item's will be delivered between 7.30am-6pm. If you have selected Next Day delivery before 12pm your item's will be delivered between 7.30am-12pm.

11. Has my returned item arrived back to you yet?

InsureGolf will process a returned order within 2-3 working days of receiving. You will then be notified by email detailing what actions are to be carried out regarding your returned product's. This may be returning the product back to the manufacturer, providing you with details of dispatch for a replacement, or notification of a full refund. If you have not heard anything from the InsureGolf team regarding your return within 4 working days please chase up your courier or send us an email through our contact us page.

12. How do I know purchasing from your site is safe and secure?

You can rest assured that your online safety is of utmost importance. Here at InsureGolf we use a GeoTrust QuickSSL which is veryfied every time load a page on our website (See the logo at the bottom of the page). InsureGolf is secured by GeoTrust SSL certificates that provide up to 256 bit encryption which offers the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and our sites web servers are private and secure. We also use recognised payment gateways such as SagePay and PayPal.
